Ryan Osmond, CEO & Co-Founder
Ryan Osmond has always had a strong appreciation for story and how it can be used to super-charge business. Ryan has been a member of Actor’s Equity Association for over 20 years, has toured nationally, and holds an MFA in Acting from the University of Alabama at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival. He is also a graduate of UCLA’s School of Film and Television screenwriting program.
From 2000 to 2011, Ryan held several senior leadership positions at HNW, Inc., a New York City-based, boutique marketing agency that served businesses that targeted high-net-worth individuals and families. Ryan managed engagements with Citigroup Private Bank, Merrill Lynch Private Client Group, Wachovia, Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund, California Community Foundation, Sentient Jet Membership and many others.
From 2011 to 2016, he was the Global Senior Director of Product Portfolio at Otter Products in Fort Collins, CO, overseeing the OtterBox and LifeProof brands. Ryan forged strategic partnerships with Samsung, Microsoft, Google/Motorola, LG, HTC, Lenovo, Sony and others, which were instrumental to the growth of the OtterBox and LifeProof businesses. During his tenure, Ryan helped Otter Products grow revenue from $350M to over $1B globally.
Ryan received his Masters of Business Administration from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
Paula Ryan, Co-Founder
Paula Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy/Literature from the State University at New York at Purchase and a Master’s in Public Administration from Columbia University in New York City.
Paula has held various fundraising/development positions with institutions like the New York Philharmonic, Columbia University, and the Foreign Policy Association. As a skilled fundraiser, she fully understands the dynamics of relationships and how story can foster the trust needed to move people into action.
She is a writer, cook, mother, wife, avid reader and story enthusiast.
